Pablo S. Hurtado is the founder of Hurtado Immigration Law Firm and co-founder of Perado Technologies, both based in Fort Myers, Florida. As an attorney licensed in Florida and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Hurtado has successfully represented thousands of clients nationwide and globally in family-based immigration, waivers, and naturalization cases.

Mr. Hurtado is also a technology innovator in the legal space. Through Perado Technologies, he equips immigration law firms with tools and guidance to streamline operations and improve client service. His firm was among the first to go fully virtual during the pandemic, leveraging video conferencing, client portals, and remote work solutions to maintain seamless representation.

A cornerstone of his innovation is SILC® (Smart Intake and Lead Capture), a highly customized intake system developed to help immigration firms qualify leads, score cases, and reduce intake errors. SILC is now integrated with eimmigration by Cerenade and offered as a module to other firms seeking to streamline their consult and intake processes.

In 2025, Mr. Hurtado launched The Pursuit, an AI-powered citizenship test prep platform that replaces his earlier mobile Citizenship app. Built with GPT technology, The Pursuit offers personalized study sessions, interactive civics and English practice, and real-time feedback—all accessible online without downloads. The Pursuit reflects Mr. Hurtado’s commitment to leading a new generation of immigrants in their pursuit of happiness as U.S. citizens.

Mr. Hurtado holds a J.D. from Regent University School of Law and an M.B.A. from Florida State University. As an immigrant from Bolivia who became a U.S. citizen in 1996, he brings personal insight and passion to his work. He is frequently featured on news outlets including NBC2, Fox 4, Univision, Telemundo, and NPR, and has contributed to publications such as Lawyer Monthly and Res Gestae.
