Washington State Bar Association
Margeaux Green is the Practice Management Advisor for the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), where she helps solo and small firm attorneys strengthen their business operations, improve workflow design, and adopt practical legal technology. Her background as a family law attorney grounds her work in the real-world challenges practitioners face, shaping her practical and empathetic approach to modernizing daily legal work.
She played a key role in advancing the work of the WSBA Legal Technology Task Force, which delivered its final report and recommendations to the Board of Governors in September 2025. The report explores how emerging technologies are affecting legal professionals, courts, and the public, and includes recommendations for multiple stakeholders, including how the WSBA can better support lawyers as technology evolves. Margeaux is now actively involved in advancing the next phase of implementing the Task Force’s recommendations.
These efforts reflect her broader interest in how AI and modern productivity tools can support everyday legal work. Margeaux brings a grounded, hands-on perspective to helping attorneys adopt technology in ways that reduce stress, increase clarity, and improve both client experience and long-term sustainability. Her work centers on making technology approachable, useful, and aligned with the realities of contemporary law practice. You may also contact Margeaux by email at margeauxg@wsba.org.
