Carl Davidson is the Co-Founder of Candle AI, a legal technology company developing products designed and built for legal teams to make email and client communication more efficient. A former attorney turned product leader, Carl combines a legal background with deep experience building software that helps professionals work with greater focus, speed, and clarity.

Before founding Candle AI, he served as Director of Product at LegalPad, a startup that pioneered automated visa preparation and was later acquired by the global payroll company Deel. He also held product management roles at INSZoom, later acquired by Mitratech, and at Intuit, where he worked on workflow and productivity tools used by millions of small businesses and professionals.

Carl’s background in law, tech, and product gives him a unique perspective on how technology can reduce cognitive overload and create smarter systems for legal work.
