Tara Cheever is an expert in trial graphics, presentation, and legal technology. With over fifteen years of direct involvement in courtroom and ADR fora, she is a successful and highly experienced trial presentation consultant, expert in conveying critical information to the trier of fact in a visually effective manner, and providing a seamless integration of technology with the legal argument. Ms. Cheever has worked on multiple high-profile matters, including class action lawsuits, large commercial litigation, intellectual property, construction, medical negligence, personal injury, and criminal cases, in both in the United States and Europe.

Ms. Cheever is Co-founder and Products Manager at LIT SOFTWARE, LLC. Through LIT SOFTWARE, she assists in the design, development and marketing of the LIT SUITE. The LIT SUITE is comprised of the top three litigation apps available for iPad and Mac: TrialPad, TranscriptPad, and DocReviewPad. All three apps are used extensively by legal professionals ranging from solo practitioners, to AmLaw 100 firms and corporate counsel for Fortune 500 companies, to prosecutors, defenders, and government agencies. The LIT SUITE is widely taught in law schools across the country, and has been featured by Apple on the App Store.
