Natalie Pierce is a partner at Gunderson-Dettmer, in San Francisco. This is the top law firm representing Venture Capital firms and start-ups. She is the Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Practice. She represents technology and life sciences companies at all stages of growth, from the early financing to public companies. She focuses on the needs of start-up and emerging growth companies. She proactively works with her clients to develop workplace policies and procedures to avoid future problems with employment matters. If problems do arise, Natalie is also a litigator who has successfully defended clients against a variety of employment claims.

Natalie is a trusted advisor to her clients on all employment-related matters, including: recruiting, hiring, managing and compensating employees; compliance with all relevant regulations at the federal, state and local levels; and avoiding issues such as harassment, discrimination and pay inequity.
