Licensed in New York and Michigan, Michael has a national practice, having litigated in nearly a dozen states in both state and federal court (including bankruptcy and appeals court, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court). Michael represents commercial clients nationally in mediation and arbitration proceedings, both under the aegis of organizations such as AAA and in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. Michael also often assists colleagues around the country with local counsel matters throughout Michigan and around the Midwest.
