Zane Johnson is the Founder and Managing Attorney of MZA Legal — a black-owned, virtual law firm empowering Philadelphia’s next generation of entrepreneurs. Zane helps new entrepreneurs build solid foundations for their businesses and side hustles so they can avoid catastrophic mistakes and build generational legacies. His mission is to empower everyday people to do extraordinary things.

Zane is a believer in the power of community and the importance of giving back. He’s volunteered on the boards of numerous non-profits including YEAH Philly, with whom he partnered to launch the Empowered Youth Entrepreneurs Project (EYE Project) – a small business program for teenage entrepreneurs in West Philadelphia. He has also worked as a conflict resolution workshop facilitator for justice involved youth with the Good Shepherd Mediation Program in Philadelphia.
