Jennifer Woods is currently Data Privacy Counsel at The Kraft Heinz Company, where she provides primary legal support for the company’s global privacy program and digital initiatives. Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Jen was an associate in the intellectual property and technology group of Clark Hill PLC where she advised clients on a variety of intellectual property and privacy-related issues, including breach response, website policies, mobile application privacy, cross-border data transfers, bring your own device, and written information security policies. She also holds CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and is an adjunct professor of privacy law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
