Jennifer graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science, and then earned her law degree from Capital University Law School while working full time as a law clerk at Decker Vonau in Columbus, Ohio. Jennifer became a Trusted Advisor to law firms and legal departments in 2004. She works with law firms and legal departments to analyze workflow and to identify processes, policies, and appropriate technology to support client’s goals, all while working to maximize both productivity and profitability. She is well versed in in a variety of programs including Actionstep, Amicus Attorney, Clio, RocketMatter, PracticeMaster, PCLaw, Tabs3, Time Matters, NetDocuments, Worldox, and HotDocs.

Through the years, Jennifer has taught numerous CLE approved legal technology courses for state and local bar associations, is a frequent presenter at ABA TECHSHOW, leads Affinity’s Practice Management Advisor program for Bar Associations and manages Affinity University, Affinity’s Online, On-Demand, training resource.

Jennifer works in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, where she lives with her husband of 12 years, her ten year old daughter, her twin nine year old sons, and her rescued Silky Terrier.
