Genie Doi heads the immigration practice group at ESG Law where she provides fast, responsive and results-driven immigration counsel to esports teams, talent, and institutions.

Named Top 40 Under 40 for immigration law by the American Academy of Attorneys and an Immigration Law Rising Star by the American Institute of Legal Advocates, Genie has represented hundreds of clients from 14 countries across 6 continents and counting.

Genie has been quoted in Engadget, Dexerto, and Dot Esports and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Japanese American Bar Association and Esports Bar Association.

She is also a Founding Partner of Immigration General Counsel, an immigration law firm in Los Angeles, California.

Genie speaks Japanese, Korean and Spanish in addition to native English.
