Gayle M. O’Connor

GMO Marketing

Gayle O’Connor is a legal technology marketing consultant with 30 years’ experience. She is the sole proprietor of GMO Marketing which provides marketing assistance to attorneys and legal vendors. She is an expert on social media, content marketing, speaking, and blogging. Gayle is currently working with EDT Software, an end-to-end eDiscovery software. Gayle is a member of the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists and is currently their weekly blogger. She was named as an Honoree in the 5,000 strong membership of Women in eDiscovery at the 2018 ABA TECHSHOW.

In the past, Gayle has held a number of interesting positions including the Marketing Manager at Degan, Blanchard and Nash, a large law firm located in New Orleans. Gayle is also the former trial technician for the federal public defenders Hells Angels case in Seattle, a marketing director for numerous legal software providers and has taught legal research at law schools. Additionally, she has been a featured speaker for a number of organizations including the American Lawyer Media LegalTech Events, ABA TECHSHOW, Online World, Special Libraries Association, Washington State Paralegal Association, National Business Institute, ABA Litigation Section Meetings, local Bar Associations throughout the U.S., and international organizations such as the Law Society of British Columbia and New Zealand.
