Emily Amara Gordon is the Principal Immigration Attorney at Amara Law, LLC where she focuses on family-based immigration, marriage green cards, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) petitions.

Emily currently serves on the American Bar Association Futures Initiative Committee and Legal Technology Resource Center (“LTRC”) Board, and she’s serving her second year on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) National Innovation and Technology Committee. Super Lawyers has named her a Rising Star in Immigration Law for five consecutive years.

Emily graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Spanish Language & Literature and a minor in French Studies, and she holds a J.D. from New England Law | Boston where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient.
