During the past twenty years, Betsey Frank has built her career as a leader in the learning and organizational development field. Betsey has partnered with executives to enhance people performance that achieves organizational goals. She has served in training, organizational development and human resource leadership roles in the legal, financial, insurance, technology and non-profit industries.

Betsey is currently at Sidley Austin LLP as Director of Staff Development and Technology Training where she leads a team of 15 learning professionals globally. As a senior leader on the learning and development team, Sidley has been recognized by Chief Learning Officer magazine’s Learning Elite award for eight years and is ranked as a top 10 learning team. Betsey Frank holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Workplace Learning from Northwestern University.

Working with a team of associates, partners and IT leaders, her team has identified key technology competencies that align with an assessment and learning strategy regarding best practices of the firm’s technology to ensure efficiency for lawyers.
