Annette M. Sanders

Annette has over 29 years’ legal experience in large law firm environments providing training, support, and project management, as well as courseware development, help desk and network management. Annette has also acted as project manager for multiple law firms’ software migrations.

Annette is a PayneGroup’s lead instructor for the high level Master Series for Law Firms class as well as the lead Migration Roundtable specialist. She frequently conducts train-the-trainer sessions on Microsoft Office, document management, PayneGroup products, and other legal-specific software to an organization’s training and support personnel, as well as assists firms with their software migration needs.

Relevant project experience:

Annette has worked with several firms migrating from Windows XP/Windows 7 to Windows 7/Windows 10, WordPerfect for DOS, Office XP-2010 to Office 2010-2016 as well as upgrades to various document managements systems and third-party applications, providing train-the-trainer and end-user sessions, floor support, as well as curriculum and courseware development. Support has also included consulting during the pre-conversion planning process, analyzing needs, providing suggestions and feedback on the best way to implement the migration and configure software to best meet firm needs, and providing high-end deliverables.
