Alexander Rabanal is a Research Fellow and Associate Director of The Law Lab at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Alexander helps lead the law school’s legal innovation and technology program and teaches classes in technology-assisted access to justice, ethics and professionalism, and technology and innovation across legal markets. Alex received his B.A. from the University of Illinois and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent.
Law schools have a great opportunity to prepare lawyers to revolutionize law practice by teaching high level and innovative technology courses. Concepts such as legal analytics, legal project management and process improvement, block chain, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and more are making their way into law schools.
