Few things are more difficult than cogently distilling a complex case into a time-limited opening statement or closing argument to be presented to a lay finder of fact. Critical to success are simplification, organization, and sound design. This presentation will discuss not only how to simplify and digitally organize complex facts, but also how to create slides that rely on principles of good graphic design and presentation.
