Help
Once you register for the conference, you will receive a separate email with a unique, tokenized link to the conference site.
Once you receive the welcome email:
- Click on your unique link above to access the conference site, which is now open.
- The conference site is a web-based application. You will not need to download anything. You do not need to log in or out.
- Bookmark the conference site in your browser. Google Chrome is the preferred browser
- Be sure to update your attendee profile under My Profile.
- Visit the Virtual Lobby to see the full agenda.
- The TECHSHOW Team has put together a few short videos about our conference platform. These can be found in the Help section.
- For questions about the conference, look for/filter attendees with the tag “show management”.

If you don’t receive the welcome email:
- Contact the ABA Service Center M-F from 9 am to 6 pm EST at (800) 285-2221
- Contact TECHSHOW staff via email. Staff will be checking emails over the weekend.
