As people have turned to cloud services to meet basic business needs and we see the continued growth of CRM (Customer Relation Management) for customer self-service, legal service portals are strangely absent from the landscape.  In this session you will learn where CRM fits in your practice and how it can improve client service, interaction and loyalty.

In this role he works with firm partners and clients in developing pricing arrangements and service delivery models that drive successful relationships. Prior to this, Toby served in similar roles for Vinson & Elkins and Fulbright & Jaworski,

Toby presents and publishes nationally on legal pricing, project management, marketing and law practice management. He was named to The National Law Journal's 2013 list of Legal Business Trailblazers & Pioneers.

David G. Ries

Clark Hill Thorp Reed, Pittsburgh, PA

Dave Ries is a member in the Pittsburgh office of Clark Hill Thorp Reed, where he practices in the areas of environmental, commercial and technology law and litigation. He has used computers in his practice since the early 1980s and served as chair of his firm's Technology Committee and its E-Discovery and Records Management Group for over 10 years. He frequently speaks and writes for legal, academic, and professional groups on legal ethics, technology, and technology law issues, including information security and privacy. Dave is a coauthor of Locked Down: Information Security for Lawyers (American Bar Association 2012) and a contributing author to Information Security: A Legal, Business and Technical Handbook, Second Edition (American Bar Association 2011). He is a member of the ABA Law Practice Division Council.
