Sergei N. Freiman is a speaker and advisor to top management of professional service firms. Having synthesized experience gained from his consulting practice and personal business ventures with management literature, theories and best practices, he developed proprietary integrative management models that enable firms to manage organizational entropy.

His work falls under the umbrella of strategic management. His articles were published in ABA’s Journal (Mind Your Business column), ALA’s Legal Management, LMA’s Strategies & Voices, FPA’s Journal of Financial Planning, The CPA Journal, Attorney At Work, and other professional periodicals.

Recently, Sergei gave a presentation at a national ALA 2025 Conference in Nashville, TN, and will appear as a speaker at a national 2025 FPA Conference in Las Vegas, NV.

Originally from Europe, Sergei worked in several countries including the U.S., co-founded and managed five businesses, and has more than 20 years of business development experience internationally.

Today, he works to encourage, support and facilitate business acumen and professional curiosity among executive leadership. He lives in New York City with his family. Outside of work, Sergei enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling. His teenage son, however, would argue that his father’s greatest hobby is avoiding conversations about getting a dog.
