The world has shifted. As globalization and technology continue to breakthrough barriers, the clientele and legal needs are also changing. Now more than ever, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) is becoming less of a nice to have and more of a core principle for organizations that will thrive in the future of work. Legal professionals need to develop and adopt policies, practices, and structures that are fully inclusive.
