After earning his B.A. from Westmont College and his J.D. from the University of Iowa, James Province began a small-town law practice in the Seattle area. For the twenty years James practiced law, he focused on domestic relations matters, handling everything thing from child support issues to complex divorce cases. James currently works as a mediator using his legal knowledge and mediation skills along with his passion for technology to help parties reach reasonable conclusions in disputes.

In 2007, looking for a better way to organize his notes for cases, James stumbled upon Tabet PC technology from Microsoft and discovered OneNote. He founded TabletLawyer to bring tablet technology to the legal profession. He frequently presents at technology seminars across the U.S. helping lawyers and other legal professionals understand and leverage hardware and software to increase organization and productivity.


Mark Rosch

Internet for Lawyers

Mark Rosch is Vice-President of Internet for Lawyers and developer and manager of the Internet for Lawyers web site, online CLE programs, and Facebook Company page. He is an internationally recognized Continuing Legal Education speaker who writes, speaks, and tweets about legal technology for firms and also on how to use the Internet for research and productivity. He has also co-authored five books on these topics - four of them published by the ABA ("Google For Lawyers," "Find Info Like a Pro: Volumes 1 & 2," and "The Lawyer's Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet") - and "The Cybersleuth's Guide to the Internet." Additionally, he is co-author of the ABA's forthcoming "Google Gmail and Calendar in One Hour for Lawyers." Mr. Rosch served on the ABA Law Practice Management Section's Education Board and it State and Local Bar Outreach Committee and currently serves on its TECHSHOW Planning Board. He has also served in various leadership positions in the Association of Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA).


Jeffrey Taylor

Jeffrey Taylor is a practicing attorney in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and representing plaintiffs in personal injury and consumer claims, and defending small businesses in litigation matters. Jeff also publishes The Droid Lawyer blog, a resource for lawyers using Android devices. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, and received his law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
