Jim Calloway

Oklahoma Bar Association, Location

Jim Calloway is the Director of the Oklahoma Bar Association Management Assistance Program. He is a lawyer and a former chair of ABA TECHSHOW. He publishes the award-winning law blog Jim Calloway's Law Practice Tips at http://jimcalloway.typepad.com and has co-authored three American Bar Association books on law practice management, How Good Lawyers Survive Bad Times (with Ross Kodner and Sharon Nelson) and Winning Alternatives to the Billable Hour: Strategies That Work, Second and Third Editions (with Mark Robertson).

Mr. Calloway writes the Practice Management Advice column for Law Practice Magazine and he produces, with Sharon Nelson, the monthly podcast, The Digital Edge: Lawyers and Technology on the Legal Talk Network. He has made hundreds of presentations on law office management, legal technology, ethics and legal business operations and has been inducted as a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.


Tom Mighell

Contoural, Inc., Dallas, TX

Tom Mighell is a Senior Consultant with Contoural, Inc., where he works to develop information governance and litigation readiness programs for companies. Tom is the author of several "One Hour" iPad books, including iPad in One Hour for Lawyers, iPad Apps in One Hour for Lawyers, and iPad in One Hour for Litigators, all published by the ABA. Tom is the co-host of The Kennedy-Mighell Report, a legal technology podcast on the Legal Talk Network, and currently serves as the "Web 2.0" columnist for Law Practice Magazine. Tom served on the ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board for 4 years, and as Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2008. He also served as the Chair of the ABA's Law Practice Division in 2011-2012. Tom received his B.A. and J.D. Degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
