Comparing and contrasting the practice of law with the book and feature film, "Moneyball," this session will focus on litigation-specific analysis, tips and tricks for the busy tech-hungry litigator. You will learn how to maximize your efforts to return the best possible results for your clients, using high-efficiency technology at a reduced cost.

Marc W. Matheny

Law Office of Marc W. Matheny, Indianapolis, IN

Marc W. Matheny is an attorney in practice for over 30 years in general civil litigation, family law and probate law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Marc is a registered mediator and arbitrator, and is a certified parenting coordinator and guardian ad litem.

He is a past chair of the Indiana GP/Small Firm Section, co-founder and current Chair of the I.S.B.A. Solo / Small Firm Conference. He has served the ABA on the Planning Board for the ABA's Solo Small Firm Conference, and is a member of the ABA TECHSHOW Board.

Mr. Matheny received his J.D. from Indiana University, and received his B.A. from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis.


Mark I. Unger

The Unger Law Firm, San Antonio, TX

Mark I. Unger is a divorce lawyer and mediator in San Antonio, Texas. He has been practicing family law almost exclusively since 1996, having been listed as one of the 'Best Lawyers in San Antonio' (peer review; SA Scene Magazine) regularly since 2007. He has been highly involved with technology and the integration of technology and law since approximately 1998, having filed the first state appellate e-brief in Texas in 1998 and the first e-filing in Bexar County District Courts in 2003. He has spoken, written and participated in numerous technology law and family law seminars. He has been on the board of the State Bar of Texas Computer & Technology Council since 2001 (Chair: 2007-08) and has chaired the San Antonio Bar Association's Technology committee since 1999. He sits on the current Family Law Section Board (San Antonio; President, 2012-13), the Judicial Committee on Information Technology, Computer Council of the State Bar of Texas, and the Web Services Committee of the State Bar of Texas. Mark focuses his practice in Family Law and Technology, including but not limited to divorce, property division, maintenance custody, enforcement, modification, visitation, relocation, grandparent rights, multi-state jurisdictional litigation in family law, paternity fraud, and all other areas of family law. He has always looked forward to attending ABA TECHSHOW in past years and is thrilled to be included in this year's presenters.
